Yarn Winding Party

Last night, mouse and I had a yarn winding party. She loves being part of this process, and I love having her help.
Here's a glimpse at some of our work.
* Up front we have Knit One Crochet Too Tartlette in Jellybean. This is slated for a poncho for Mouse.
* Our stacked Cascade 220 green, yellow and red will be felted into Kate Gilbert's Strawberry Clutch from Spring 2007 Knit Scene.
* And finally, the lovely silk/wool Reynolds Rapture is already in the process of becoming Tangelo (without the flowers) from Fall 2006 Knit Scene.
Stop by tomorrow to see my finished Central Park Hoodie!

One of these years I'm going to save up and get my very own ball winder.

Tangelo is so stylish and pretty!

I was just thinking how nice Tangelo would look without all those flowers. One might be pretty though.

Tangelo would look much better and far more wearable without all those flowers. The strawberry clutch is too cute. I know a little girl who would love it.
