To rip or not to rip, that is the question ...

So, today I am making a garter stitch scarf for the Dulaan Project while I meditate on whether I'm going to rip out the sock (it's just too small) or knit another to match and give them away to someone with size 7 feet.

I think I'm leaning toward ripping ... but then if I do I won't be knitting the SLs, so I'll have to find another sock pattern ...

Ann, as your fellow XRK-er, I release you from any obligation to continue on with these socks. For your first sock, you should get some great variegated yarn (Koigu), or some of that funky self-striping stuff (Regia) and have fun. These SL socks, no fun. Take it from me, as I continue to struggle to finish sock 2. You can always reclaim the yarn and pick a different pattern.

Glad to see I am not the only one knitting for Dulaan. I have some Dulaan hats to post forthwith.

do you need someone to hold your hand?

Ask N. Could be interesting, a TV Turn-Off Week activity! Guarantee she'll remember it.

Or not. My N probably wouldn't ...
